By using Renderbee.ai (the "Service" or "Services"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Renderbee.ai ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service at any time. These Terms are a binding contract between you and the Company.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. Violation of any of the terms below may result in the termination of your account.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
You retain 100% ownership of the content you create using our Service. By submitting content, you grant Renderbee.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
Credits purchased or included in your subscription do not roll over at subscription renewal. For yearly subscription plans, credits are added on the 1st of each month.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, by using the Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving your 14-day withdrawal period, as the Service provides immediate access to digital content.
Renderbee.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for applicable purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content, including videos, images, text, or other materials, that you upload or generate using the Service ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you create, upload, publish, or share.
By submitting User Content, you grant Renderbee.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

The Company reserves the right to refuse, remove, or disable access to any User Content at our sole discretion, including content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, graphics, user interface, and trademarks, are owned by Renderbee.ai or its licensors. The visual design elements and "look and feel" of the Service are copyrighted by the Company. You may not use, copy, or distribute any such content without our prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service becomes the exclusive property of Renderbee.ai, and we may use such feedback without any obligation to compensate you.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Technical support is provided via email. We strive to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner but cannot guarantee specific response times.
The Company uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
The Company reserves the right to temporarily disable your account if your usage significantly exceeds the average usage of other customers. We will contact you before taking any such action, except in cases where we believe immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
